Measure levels of rat tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFa) levels in rat serum, plasma and culture supernatant samples using 96-well plates.

Assay TNFα (rat tumor necrosis factor alpha) levels in rat serum, plasma (EDTA, heparin) and culture supernatant samples with our Thermo Scientific Rat TNF alpha ELISA Kits.

These rat TNF alpha ELISA kits use pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to achieve sensitive and accurate measurement of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha, TNFα) in samples at 50μL per well. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate solution and stop solution. The complete kits contain precoated 96-well strip plate(s) and lot-optimized reagents. All components undergo quality control testing to minimize lot-to-lot variability.

  • Target: Natural and recombinant rat TNFα (rat tumor necrosis factor alpha)

  • Format: Colorimetric ELISA (TMB substrate) in clear 96-well strip plate
