Magnetic beads are designed for rapid, small-scale purification and screening of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies from serum and cell supernatants

Used as a separation tool for handling the beads in microcentrifuge tubes, up to six samples can be processed in parallel and can be easily screen a larger number of samples in parallel with high throughput on a robotic device.

  • Visible and dense Sepharose-based magnetic beads with protein A ligand allow easy spotting and collection of bound target protein
  • Non-adherent beads eliminate smearing effects and aggregate formation
  • Can be used without detergents
  • Simple capture of target protein in small or large sample volumes (low microliter to high milliliter scale)
  • Provides high purity and yield
