Description
The Ion Torrent Oncomine Comprehensive Assay Plus GX RNA is a targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay that provides accurate and sensitive detection of RNA fusion transcripts associated with solid tumors that is appropriate for formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues. This assay is the RNA component of the Oncomine Comprehensive Assay Plus GX (Cat. No. A47013), which includes both DNA and RNA assays.

- Comprehensive coverage of >1,300 key fusion isoforms from 49 drivers associated with solid tumors
- Provides robust performance from 20 ng of RNA isolated from FFPE samples, including fine needle biopsies
