Description

A fast way to purify transfection-grade plasmid DNA using mini-format technology to reduce endotoxins from bacterial lysates. Complete kit includes mini spin columns for an ultra-fast workflow.

Endotoxins are co-purified during typical plasmid preparations from bacterial lysates. Since they interfere with eukaryotic cell survival, endotoxin reduction is essential prior to cell transfection. NucleoSpin™ Plasmid Transfection-grade kits are designed to reduce endotoxins from bacterial lysates.
