Use for fast and easy screening of a variety of different media. HiTrap™ IEX Selection Kits contain Sepharose™ Fast Flow and Sepharose XL in combination with seven different ion exchange ligands.

  • Broad array of weak/strong anion and cation exchangers prepacked in 1mL HiTrap columns allow screening of a variety of different media
  • Excellent for optimization studies: buffer composition, pH, flowrate, sample loading, and elution scheme can be optimized with small sample quantities prior to scale-up
  • Designed for use with syringe, peristaltic pump, or chromatography system
  • Recommended column flowrate, <4mL/min.; maximum pressure: 3 bar
