Macherey-Nagel™ Exosome Precipitation Solution for enrichment of exosomes from urine
Description
Exosomes are small vesicles (30–150 nm) secreted by various cell types and are found in many body fluids, such as blood, cerebrospinal fluid, urine, saliva, and breast milk. Their RNA and protein content can be a valuable source of biomarkers. By precipitating the exosomes from large sample volumes, those biomarkers can be enriched and the background of free circulating nucleic acids is significantly reduced.
- Most efficient enrichment of exosomes for any downstream application
- Simple and fast precipitation of exosomes – avoid tedious ultra centrifugation
- Flexibility in sample amount – procedure can be scaled up or down depending on sample volume
- Supplied with RNase-free water to isolate RNA from resuspended exomes
- Total preparation time: 45 min / 6 preps
