Recommended for routine filtration of organic solvents, corrosive liquids and the removal of particulates from HPLC solvents. Wheaton™ 47mm Filtration Assembly with Standard Taper Joint Connection and Fritted Glass Support is manufactured from low extractable borosilicate glass.

  • Units have a #2 hose connection for 1/4 in. (6mm) I.D. flexible tubing
  • Drip tip on the supporting bases extends below the hose connection, preventing filtrate from entering the vacuum line
  • Ground glass connection eliminates phthalate contamination that can occur from silicone or neoprene stoppers
  • Fritted glass support includes a coarse porosity (4-60μm) fritted glass support base, graduated funnel, anodized aluminum clamp and 1L filter flask
