Lab-Frame Kits

Heavy-duty lab frame

• Designed for intense work like pilot plant setups
• Freestanding unit
• Dimensions: 48 x 72 in. (121.9 x 182.9cm)
• Outside frame is made of lightweight steel
• Interior lattice is comprised of lab frame rods and horizontal channel connectors
• One end accommodates the rod, other end fits into channel and locks tightly with a bolt
• On loosening bolt, connector slides easily along the channel track allowing for simple lattice adjustment
• Apparatus is supported by sturdy, counter-weighted cast iron feet that can be bolted to floor

Extra-large lab frame

• Equipped for horizontal or vertical use
• Measures 48 x 72 in. (121.9 x 182.9cm)

Large lab frame

• Accommodates complex glassware setups
• Measures 48 x 48 in. (121.9 x 121.9cm)
• Base is 18 in. (46cm) wide and can be mounted on floor for additional stability

Medium lab frame

• Convenient distillation or general setup
• Frame can be assembled in two ways: 24H x 48 in. L (61 x 121.9cm) horizontally or 48H x 24 in. L (121.9 x 61cm) vertically

Small lab frame

• Ideal for small set-ups and limited spaces
• Measures 24 x 24 in. (61 x 61cm)
• Can be permanently mounted to the bench top

Lab-frame rods

• Chamfered ends for smooth fit
• Available in standard lengths from 1.61 in. (4.1cm) to 96 in. (243.8cm)
• Diameter: 0.51 in. (1.3cm)

Lab-frame foot

• Used for mounting lattice permanently to floors, walls or bench tops
• Equipped with three screws
• Low profile design
• Maximum rod size: 0.51 in. (1.3cm)
