Description
Tin(IV) isopropoxide isopropanol is used has a important tin precursor for the synthesis of tin oxide nanoparticles. Used in Indium Tin Oxide films, thin films doped tin oxide nanoparticles, thin films and are widely studied as gas sensors. Tin(IV) precursor solution was prepared from tin(IV) isopropoxide dissolved in isopropyl alcohol.
