MMP14 Recombinant Protein, RP-77533, from Invitrogen.
RP-77533 is a purified His-tagged recombinant MT1-MMP/MMP-14 protein (prodomain, catalytic domain, and hemopexin domain) expressed in E.coli. The pro-enzyme consists of MT1-MMP amino acid residues Ser1-Val501 followed by one Thr-residue and six His-residues. RP-77533 may be used as a control with corresponding anti-MMP-14 antibodies. The MW of soluble pro-MT1-MMP is 58kDa. The pro-enzyme can be activated with trace amounts of the MT1-MMP catalytic domain.Specifications
