Description

Quickly cool liquids down to -31°F

Immersion chillers, used in conjunction with Techne™ immersion circulators, are capable of reaching temperatures of -4°F (-20°C) or -31°F (-35°C). These compact chillers feature an immersion cooling probe, designed to fit securely into the corner of Techne™ liquid calibration baths by the means of a specially designed mounting bracket (supplied). The cooling probe immediately extracts heat from the liquid once it is placed in the bath. The chillers work most efficiently when liquid flows over the cooling probe. Other baths may be used as long as the flexible hose attached to the cooling probe does not come in contact with the liquid.
