Description

SteriWare™ wide mouth Double Bagged - USP Class VI Powder Funnels are perfect for powders and thick materials like creams. The 200 mm top diameter and wide spout makes them ideal for most applications. They are as standard double bagged and made from USP Class VI HDPE.

  • These are part of our SteriWare™ Ultra Range which is our premium range.
  • These sterile funnels are designed to be used straight from the bag.
  • The double bagging means that the outer bag can be removed whilst entering the cleanroom, ensuring the cleanliness inside the cleanroom or manufacturing area.
  • The funnels are crevice free and have a smooth finish.
  • The angle of the cone is designed to give optimum product flow.
  • Made from food grade, FDA and EC compliant HDPE.
  • HDPE has good chemical resistance and can be easily recycled.
  • The funnels are sterilised by gamma irradiation.
  • USP CLASS VI - High quality medical grade polymer that has also been independently tested to USP 661.
  • Cleanroom Manufactured - The scoops are entirely made in cleanroom conditions with final packing carried out in a class 10,000 cleanroom.
  • Each funnel is 100% inspected before packing.
