Obtain fast, simple, highly reproducible, and sensitive immunocapture using the high loading capacity of the Thermo Scientific™ SMART Digest™ Bulk Fractionation Kits: Protein G. These kits remove the challenges often associated with protein cleanup by providing a simple and easy capture workflow.
SMART Digest Bulk Fractionation Kits: Protein G contain beads that target purification of immunoglobulins due to the specific and strong affinity for binding to the Fab and Fc portions of the molecule. Choose from non-magnetic beads, or magnetic beads which enable automation. The unwanted interferences are then removed leaving a clean sample containing the target molecule. Once complete, perform digestion using SMART Digest enzymes if required.
