Description

Helps ensure that electrodes produce fast response times and accurate results. Saturated Potassium Chloride Solution, Reagecon™ is a concentrated electrolyte solution used to store pH and redox electrodes when they are not in use.

Glass electrodes need to be kept moist. If an electrode dries out during storage, a regeneration procedure is required to restore the hydrated glass layer and the reference junction in order to make the electrode operable. Filling the storage cap/tube with a potassium chloride solution keeps the electrode hydrated to maximize electrode performance and extend electrode life.
