Eurofins DiscoverX RIPK2 Protein, Active
Description
RIPK2 (receptor-interacting serine-threonine kinase 2, RIP2, RICK, CARD3, CARDIAK) is a death domain-containing serine-threonine kinase associated with TNF receptor and implicated in the activation of NF-kappaB and cell death in mammalian cells. RIPK2 represents a kinase that regulates TNF and Fas induced-apoptosis and that is involved in the generation of proinflammatory cytokine IL-1β.
