Description

Performs qualitative LAL test for gram-negative bacterial endotoxin. Lonza PYROGENT™ Gel Clot LAL Assay Kit comes with 0.125EU/mL sensitivity.

  • Provides simple positive/negative result for endotoxin testing
  • Gel clot assay is run in tubes and placed in water bath or dry heat block at 37°C
  • After one hour incubation period, tubes are flipped 180 degree
  • Firm clot in bottom of tube indicates positive reaction
  • If liquid flows down side of tube indicates negative for endotoxin
  • Kit do not include matched control standard endotoxin
  • Lysate kit with 0.125EU/mL sensitivity
  • Certificates of analysis is provided
