Description
This monoclonal antibody detects two bands of 111 kDa and 55-60 kDa. The lower-molecular-weight band has been reported and likely represents a fragment resulting from cleavage of Pikachurin.
Involved in both the retinal photoreceptor ribbon synapse formation and physiological functions of visual perception. Necessary for proper bipolar dendritic tip apposition to the photoreceptor ribbon synapse. Promotes matrix assembly and cell adhesiveness.Specifications
