The NuPAGE Bis-Tris IPG-well Welcome Pack provides all of the necessary NuPAGE gels, buffers, and reagents you will need to begin using the XCell SureLock Mini-Cell for your second-dimension separation in a 2D workflow. IPG-well gels are designed to easily accommodate 7-cm IPG strips and a molecular weight marker as well. About the XCell SureLock Mini-Cell
The XCell SureLock Mini-Cell is a vertical mini protein gel electrophoresis system compatible with all Invitrogen mini precast gels and Surecast handcast gels. The Mini-Cell is simple, sturdy, and easy to use. Each XCell SureLock Mini-Cell can accommodate up to two gels per run. Run times may vary depending on buffer conditions and power supplies used.
ZOOM Bis-Tris IPG-Well Precast Gels
ZOOM gels are designed for optimal second dimension separation following isoelectric focusing. They feature an IPG well designed to easily accommodate 7-cm IPG strips and a molecular weight marker as well. Invitrogen IPG well gels are compatible with the XCell SureLock Mini Cell and the Mini Gel Tank.
