Ensures a reliable vacuum source when manually processing DNA columns under vacuum. Macherey-Nagel™ NucleoVac Vacuum Regulator is designed for use with the NucleoVac Vacuum Manifold for fast processing of large sample volumes via parallel processing of columns.

Vacuum filtration columns are used to isolate and purify nucleic acids, including plasmid DNA. A reliable vacuum source is critical for successful manual processing. A vacuum regulator is recommended to control the vacuum pressure levels, which impacts the flow rate of the sample through the column. In addition, a regulator controls the vacuum time to ensure complete filtration of the sample.

The NucleoVac Vacuum Regulator is designed for use with the NucleoVac Vacuum Manifold and with various DNA isolation/purification column systems, including NucleoSpin™, NucleoFast™ and NucleoSnap kits.
