Description

Ideal for analytical HPLC applications with hydrophilic compounds. Macherey-Nagel™ NUCLEODUR™ HILIC Column for HPLC, 3μm Particles is an EC standard column with high purity silica phase. The columns are available in a variety of diameters and lengths.

This product is suitable for Hydrophilic Interaction Chromatography (HILIC) applications. It features a highly pure ammonium/sulfonic acid-modified silica phase with an 80:20 acetonitrile-water eluent. These EC standard columns have a particle size of 3μm and are used in analytical HPLC.

  • Ideal for reproducible and stable chromatography of highly polar analytes
