Description

From Bacillus polymyxa

Microbial metalloenzyme used in tissue dissociation (primary cell cultures) and subcultivation (secondary cell cultures). Extremely stable. Activity: 6U/mg. Unit Definition: One unit is the amount of enzyme which liberates 1.0μmole of Tyr per minute at 37°C, pH 7.5. MW: 35.9kDa. Lyophilized.
