MA5-14043 targets Moesin in IF, IHC (P), IP, and WB applications and shows reactivity with Bovine, Human, and Rat samples. The MA5-14043 immunogen is moesin purified from cow uterus.

Moesin, a member of the talin-4. 1 superfamily, is a linking protein of the submembraneous actin cytoskeleton. It is expressed in macrophages, lymphocytes, fibroblastic, endothelial, epithelial, and neuronal cell lines but not in blood cells. It is involved in cell adhesion, migration, and organization of cell surface structures.
