A non-flammable, heavy duty cleaner and degreaser that removes grease, adhesives and photo-resist stains from most surfaces. Available in 1 or 5 gallon bottles and a 1 quart spray bottle.

The Micronova MegaClean™ Heavy-Duty Cleaner offers an effective alternative to toxic, flammable, solvent-based cleaners, such as acetone and isopropyl alcohol. Filtered to 0.1 microns, this cleaner is ideal for semiconductor, electronics, aerospace and clean-build operations.
