Description

Certified to contain <0.0005 EU/well endotoxin. Lonza™ LAL Reagent Grade 96-Well Plates are individually wrapped microplates designed for use with a variety of LAL assays in the detection of gram-negative bacterial endotoxins. They are compatible with a wide variety of plate readers.

Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) assays are used in the detection of gram-negative bacterial endotoxins. They are generally performed using an LAL reagent kit, a 96-well microplate and an incubating absorbance plate reader (and, often, appropriate detection software). These microplates are designed for use with:

  • QCL-1000™ Endpoint Chromogenic LAL Assay
  • Kinetic-QCL™ Kinetic Chromogenic LAL Assay
  • PYROGENT-5000™ Kinetic Turbidimetric LAL Assay
