The kit includes Invitrogen's proprietary RNase H reduced activity SuperScript™ II Reverse Transcriptase and a qualified oligo (dt)-containing primer to perform reactions standard to Affymetrix– protocol. Designed to consistently produce higher yields of full-length cDNA for Affymetrix One-Cycle assays using either total RNA or poly A+ selected RNA (mRNA).
