PureLink™ PCR Purification Binding Buffer B2 is the binding buffer used with the PureLink™ PCR Purification Kit. It is added directly to PCR products in the first step of the PureLink™ PCR Purification Kit procedure to facilitate DNA binding to the silica membrane. The buffer is activated by the addition of 80mL of Isopropanol.
