ChargeSwitch PCR Clean-Up Kit is the fastest and most effective method of removing primers, unincorporated dNTPs, thermostable polymerases and salts (Figure 1). This kit is scalable for use on liquid-handling robots. This kit includes all the necessary reagents for the number of preps listed and requires the use of a magnetic accessory.
