Transfection with Cellfectin II Reagent leads to consistent and efficient transfection of Sf9, Sf21, and High Five™ cells when using BaculoDirect™ and InsectSelect™ Expression Systems. Cellfectin II Reagent can also be used to transfect adherent or suspension mammalian cells in serum-containing or serum-free media.
