The InCELL Hunter™ eXpress BTK Kinase Binding Assay measures target engagement via compound-induced stabilization of BTK target protein. eXpress kits contain all assay materials: cells, reagents, and plates.

The InCELL Hunter™ eXpress BTK Kinase Binding Assay provides an easy-to-use cell based assay to study small molecule drug candidates that engage with kinases. This kit assesses compound-engagement-based stabilization of BTK via detection of BTK levels. This product uses EFC technology. The cell line included overexpresses BTK target protein fused to PL. In the absence of compound that binds and stabilizes the target, this protein is degraded and no EFC signal is produced. When compound engages and stabilizes the target, EA contained in the detection reagent produces EFC signal. eXpress kits are a convenient, ready-to-use format which contains all materials needed to run the assay, including single-use vials of cryopreserved cells, cell plating media, detection reagent, and assay plates.
