Description

Image-iT Plant Tissue Hard-Set Mountant is used for imaging, storage, and archiving of plant tissues optically cleared with Image-iT Plant Tissue Clearing Reagent.

These reagents are compatible with both fluorescence-based and colorimetric-based applications. Image-iT Plant Tissue mountant is based on Visikol™ Mount, which has a history of use in fluorescent and colorimetric studies with plants.

• Clears and mounts plant tissue for whole specimen imaging
• Hard-set mountant with refractive index of 1.415
