Description: The JES6-5H4 antibody reacts with mouse interleukin-2 (IL-2), a 17 kDa T cell growth factor and a major immunoregulatory cytokine. Applications Reported: This JES6-5H4 antibody has been reported for use in intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This JES6-5H4 antibody has been tested by intracellular staining followed flow cytometric analysis of stimulated mouse splenocytes using the Intracellular Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Set (Product No. 88-8824-00) and protocol.
