Prevents and minimizes foaming in bioprocess cell culture systems. Cytiva HyClone™ ADCF Antifoam Agent, Irradiated is a gamma radiatopm-sterilized antifoam solution with 3% active simethicone, supplied in a ready-to-use 500mL bag with tube fittings.

Antifoam Irradiated has been shown to effectively prevent foam from occurring in cell culture systems, as well as to quickly eliminate foam already formed.

  • Validated gamma‑irradiation process to a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10‑6
  • Provided in easy-to-use, single-use bags with convenient tubing and fittings
  • Designed to enable easy connection and delivery to any cell culture system
  • Raw material: Dow Corning Q7‑2587, simethicone emulsion USP manufactured to deliver 3% active simethicone concentration
