SE250 Complete System also includes: Dual Gel Caster, two 0.75mm thick 10-well combs, and two pairs 0.75mm thick spacers. SE260 Basic System includes same items as SE250 Basic Systems, except the glass and alumina plates.SE260 Complete Systems add Dual Gel Caster, ten 10.5 x 10cm glass plates, five 10.5 x 10cm notched alumina plates, and two 10-well combs and two pairs spacers (either 0.75mm or 1.5mm thick; see ordering table).
