Keystone Cleanroom Products Heat Seal Tyvek™ Steam Sterilization Pouches provide an excellent barrier from microbial contamination.

  • Great choice for equipment parts that are heavy, have sharp edges, or packaging that requires surface sanitization post-sterilization
  • DuPont Tyvek™/Polyester-based flexible film is lint-free, moisture and puncture resistant, extremely tough, and designed to be autoclaved
  • The Tyvek™ side offers high breathability while providing an excellent barrier from microbial contamination
  • The clear film side offers excellent clarity along with strength and durability
  • Should be heat sealed closed using a validate-able impulse, or continuous band heat sealer
  • Each pouch has a CLASS A process indicator, which changes from pink to dark brown when exposed to steam
  • When the peel-able seals are opened, virtually no airborne particulates are generated
  • Recommended for sterilization of pharmaceutical equipment
  • Manufactured and packaged in controlled cleanroom environment
