Description

Trypsin inhibited at a molar ratio of 1:1 and chymotrypsin and plasmin to lesser extent

Also inhibits other serine proteases. Has an activity greater than 7,000 BAEE units per mg. A 0.5mg/mL Soybean Trypsin Inhibitor stock solution should be made by dissolving nonsterile powder in 0.01M Borate Buffer or Dulbecco's Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS), without calcium and magnesium. Filter sterilize the stock solution and store for up to a week at 2 - 8°C.
