Gibco™ Human CCL13 (MCP-4) Recombinant Protein
Description
Carrier-Free Reconstitution: We recommend that the vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute this protein in sterile, distilled water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Further dilutions should be made in tissue culture grade buffered solutions with heat inactivated fetal calf serum or low endotoxin BSA. Storage: Store lyophilized at ≤+4°C, preferably desiccated. Store reconstituted MCP-4 at -20°C in working aliquots. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
