Description

FreeZone Stoppering Tray Dryers lyophilize moderate to large loads of vials or serum bottles and stopper them under vacuum. A pneumatic mechanism stoppers containers under vacuum on three large adjustable processing shelves.

  • A pneumatic mechanism stoppers containers under vacuum on three large adjustable processing shelves, 16.5 x 12 in. each.
  • An HCFC/CFC-free refrigeration system and electric heater cool and heat fluid medium that is circulated through the shelves to maintain shelf temperatures within ±1° C.
  • Lyo-Works™ OS lets the user set up to 30 programs, with up to 16 steps each; record, chart and store data; and receive email alerts.
  • The tray dryer connects to a FreeZone Console Freeze Dryer that provides a real time display of the tray dryer’s parameters on a large capacitive touchscreen.
  • For use with any FreeZone Freeze Dryer manufactured after July 2017.
