Description

Drain Tap for Clifton water baths. These fast draining outlets makes emptying 50% faster than emptying without a tap.

  • Water baths with serial numbers greater than 75100 should order this accessory Drain Tap BX0953 - bigger bore - same fitting instructions as BX0688 detailed in above images.
  • These fast draining outlets means it only takes 13 minutes to empty a 28 litre bath, instead of 28 minutes, 50% quicker than before.
  • Before fitting make sure bath is empty of liquid. Unscrew the stop plug with a 6mm Allen key whilst holding the nut with a 21mm spanner or nut holder supplied with tap.
  • Screw the Tap into position, recommend pinch tight.

  • Features:
    1. Providing a gated on/off valve to empty fluids conveniently from the bath.
    2. Nozzle supplied with tap for laboratory tubing.
