Description

Diagnostic Kit for Triiodothyronine (T3) is intended for in-vitro quantitative detection of total Triiodothyronine (T3) in human serum or plasma.

  • Diagnostic Kit for Triiodothyronine (T3) (Serum/Plasma) is based on fluorescence immunoassay technology.
  • The specimen moves through the strip from sample pad to absorbent pad. T3 in the specimen will compete with the T3 antigen coated on the strip.
  • The less T3 in the specimen, the more fluorescent microspheres conjugated with anti-T3 antibodies can be captured by the T3 antigen coated on the strip.
  • The concentration of T3 in the sample is inversely related to the intensity of the fluorescent signal captured on the T line.
  • According to the fluorescence intensity of the test and the standard curve, the concentration of T3 in the sample is calculated by the, compatible only with the MPQuanti™ Immuflorescence Analyzer, to show T3 concentration in the sample.
