Used for 1mm thick gel

  • No assembly required
  • Two glass plates are attached along one edge by a flexible silicone rubber hinge
  • Spacers (1.0 or 1.5mm thick) are permanently attached to one of the glass plates
  • No clamps or tape are required
  • 25 x 20cm cassette produces a gel approximately 23cm wide and 19cm high
  • Easily accommodates an 18cm IPG strip with additional room for molecular weightmarkers and standards
  • After separation, remove gels by opening and lifting out the slab gel
  • Easily cleaned and dishwasher safe
