Custom peptide microarray with up to 5500 different cyclic constrained peptides printed in duplicate. The microarray covers any custom epitope, peptide or antigen collection for antibody validation, epitope mapping, serum screening, biomarker discovery or protein-peptide interaction studies.

  • Microarray Content: Custom antigen cyclic constrained peptides, epitope or peptide collections
  • Microarray Layout: 1, 2, 3, 4 , 5 or 16 array copies per microarray
  • Available Amino Acids: L- and D-amino acids, citrulline, acetyllysine and other amino acids with posttranslational modifications
  • Peptide Lengths: Variable with routine synthesis of 7, 10 and 13mer peptides, longer peptides on request
  • Control Peptides: HA, polio and/or flag control peptides, custom controls on request
  • Microarray Format: 75.4 x 25 mm
