Description

Used as a fungicide. Copper(II) Sulfate Solution, 6.24%, Blue, Chem-Lab is a common salt of copper. Its applications include use as a fungicide, algaecide, pesticide, laboratory analytical reagent, feed supplement, zinc etching and as a mordant. According to Eur. Ph. 4(2.2.2).

Copper(II) sulfate is an inorganic compound. The pentahydrate form is the most commonly encountered salt and is bright blue. It exothermically dissolves in water. It is a common laboratory reagent.
