CIM 0216 is a selective TRPM3 agonist. Exhibits selectivity for TRPM3 over TRPM1, TRPM2 and TRPM4-8. Stimulates insulin release from pancreatic islet cells in vitro. Evokes nocifensive behavior in mice.
