Invitrogen™ CD69 Monoclonal Antibody (FN50), Alexa Fluor™ 561, eBioscience™, Invitrogen™
Description
Description: The FN50 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD69, also known as very early activation antigen (VEA). CD69 is approximately 30 kDa and is expressed on the cell-surface as a disulfide-linked dimer. CD69 is rapidly upregulated upon activation and expressed on lymphocytes, monocytes and platelets. Applications Reported: This FN50 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This FN50 antibody has been pre-diluted and tested by flow cytometric analysis of stimulated normal human peripheral blood cells. This may be used at 5 μL (0.125 μg) per test. A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. Alexa Fluor 561 emits at 575 nm and is intended for use on spectral cytometers where it may be multiplexed with both PE and PE-eFluor 610. Excitation: 558 nm; Emission: 575 nm; Laser: Yellow-Green Laser
