CD 293 Medium is a chemically-defined, protein-free medium optimized for the growth of suspension cultures of 293 cells. CD 293 Medium contains no proteins or peptides of animal, plant, or synthetic origin.

CD 293 Medium is a chemically-defined, protein-free medium optimized for the growth of suspension cultures of 293 cells. CD 293 Medium contains no proteins or peptides of animal, plant, or synthetic origin. There are also no undefined lysates or hydrolysates in the formulation.

Formulated without L-glutamine for increased stability; add 20 mL of 200 mM L-glutamine or 20 mL of GlutaMAX™-I Supplement per 1,000 mL of medium prior to use.
