Povides reagents for immunofluorescent BrdU staining with a protocol, compatible with the use of additional fluorescent antibodies specific for other cellular molecules. Used with fluorescent anti-cytokine antibodies in analyses of cultured cells following in vitro mitogenic stimulation of quiescent lymphoid cell populations.
