Autoimmune Epitope Microarray with 4287 epitope specific peptides printed in duplicate. The microarray can be used for epitope mapping, serum screening or biomarker discovery.

  • Microarray Content: 4287 B-cell epitopes of the Immune Epitope Database associated with autoimmune diseases including 286 citrullinated peptides as well as the corresponding arginine variants
  • Database Epitope Lengths: 3 to 51 aa
  • Peptide Lengths: 3 to 17 aa depending on the epitope length; longer epitopes were translated into overlapping 17 aa peptides
  • Number of Peptides: 4287 printed in duplicate and HA, polio and c-Myc control peptides
