Description

A solution of double-distilled phenol saturated with ultra-pure water (approx 30%). MP Biomedicals™ Aquqphenol™ contains no antioxidants or additives and has an acid pH and can be used directly for RNA extraction.

  • Aquaphenol™ has an acid pH and can be used directly for RNA extraction.
  • For DNA extraction, pH can be quickly adjusted to 7.5 or 8.
  • Molecular biology grade reagent
