Quick protocol—purify RNA in less than 30 minutes - Using the MEGAclear Kit: Protocol is quick and easy. Transcription reaction is mixed with Binding Solution, passed over an RNA-binding filter, and washed; an elution step releases the purified RNA, which is ready for any application requiring highly pure synthetic or in vitro-transcribed RNA. For RNA recovery of 70% or greater, single-stranded RNA should be >100 nt and double-stranded RNA should be >200 bp.
