Description

SPEX™ 96-Well Titer Plate features square wells that provide greater capacity than round-welled plates.

  • Square-wells provide greater working capacity than typical round-well titer plates
  • Extensively tested with various samples and shown to resist perforation by grinding media
  • Alphanumeric marks for well identification
  • Durable polypropylene construction
  • Process 192 samples at a time by running two titer plates in the Standard Clamp Assembly
  • Process 384 samples at a time by running four titer plates in the Large Capacity Clamp Assembly
  • Deep-well titer plate with a 96-well format
  • Each square well has a volume of 2.4 mL and a working volume of 2.0 mL
  • To use, simply load each well with the sample, solution (if desired), and grinding media then seal with a 2201 Cap-Mat
  • Place up to six titer plates in the Geno/Grinder™ for high-throughput tissue homogenization and cell lysis
